As a Digital Banking Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining and managing the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for our digital banking solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and deliver exceptional value. You'll also be involved in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and quality assurance, ensuring that our products are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for digital banking solutions using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure product success.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, and use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the financial services or tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Practitioner) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
