📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and member registrations.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring all materials and equipment are in good condition.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive member experience.
- Promote our fitness and wellness services to new and existing members.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for member management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with basic fitness and wellness programs and equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
