📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using tools like SAP or similar retail management software.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional manager and other team members to ensure the success of all retail outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
