📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of hand-pulled noodles and dimsum using traditional recipes and techniques.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of other dishes to support the kitchen team.
• Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality and appearance.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to enhance the menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lamian Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to prepare and cook hand-pulled noodles and dimsum using traditional techniques.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen software and tools such as POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for authentic Asian cuisine and a commitment to using high-quality ingredients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
