📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and member registrations.
Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring all materials and equipment are in good condition.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive member experience.
Promote our fitness and wellness services to new and existing members.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems for member management and scheduling.
Familiarity with basic fitness and wellness programs and equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
