In this role, you'll work closely with our legal team to review and analyze contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with our company's goals and comply with relevant laws. You'll also assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing support to the legal team in their day-to-day operations. Additionally, you'll play a key role in conducting due diligence on business partners and vendors, ensuring they meet our compliance standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Conduct due diligence on business partners and vendors to ensure they meet our compliance standards
• Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates, ensuring our operations remain compliant
• Provide support to the legal team in their day-to-day operations, including document management and research
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal and compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal or compliance roles within a financial services or related industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to, OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
