📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize ocean freight shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze shipping schedules, rates, and costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and support the overall growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or ocean logistics.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP Logistics Execution, COSCO SHIPPING, or Maersk Line.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid shipping industry certifications such as CSCL or CMA CGM are a plus.
