📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to optimize pricing strategies.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to make informed revenue decisions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure favorable rates and contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and occupancy.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving financial performance.
• Strong understanding of revenue management software such as RevPar, RMS, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Certification in Revenue Management (CRM) or a similar professional certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
