- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including scheduling and attendance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Stay updated on menu items and specials, and communicate this information to guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
