📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll using PayrollMaster and SAP, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Manage employee attendance using HRIS and TimeClock.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, payroll processing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using HRIS, PayrollMaster, SAP, and TimeClock.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
