In this role, you will draft and submit PIB (Permohonan Izin Berkumpul) documents, manage customs clearance procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities to resolve any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Draft and submit PIB (Permohonan Izin Berkumpul) documents accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customs clearance procedures for ocean freight shipments.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities to resolve any issues.
- Monitor and update customs clearance statuses and provide regular reports.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in customs regulations and industry best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs brokerage or related fields.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English languages.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in customs brokerage or related fields is a plus.
