📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Curate and manage global initiatives that align with Airbnb's mission and values,Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for our global initiatives,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our global initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to expand our reach and impact,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global initiatives and sustainability,Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences, sharing our story and insights,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, non-profit organizations, and community leaders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry,Strong understanding of global initiatives and sustainability principles,Excellent project management and organizational skills,Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
