📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain overhead routers and lathes to achieve precise milling and cutting of wood and other materials.
• Follow detailed production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the milling process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency in the production area.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with the latest milling techniques and machinery.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Assist in setting up and calibrating machinery as needed to ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in milling operations in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to operate overhead routers and lathes with precision and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and basic computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
