In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our community of beauty creators, fostering engagement, and driving collaboration between creators and brands. You'll work closely with our team of beauty experts, influencers, and brands to create content that resonates with our audience and drives meaningful interactions. Using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva, you'll develop and implement strategies to enhance our community's online presence and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our community of beauty creators, fostering engagement and collaboration.
• Develop and implement content strategies to enhance our community's online presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers, brands, and beauty experts to create content that resonates with our audience.
• Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva to manage our social media presence and create engaging content.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Organize and execute community events, workshops, and collaborations to strengthen our community.
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty brands and influencers to drive collaboration and growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on community engagement and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online communities.
• Strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, including trends, influencers, and brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
