As a Senior Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and mentoring our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with our curriculum.,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and reports.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and diversity.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
