In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budgeted amounts.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other finance team members.,Stay up-to-date with developments in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools and techniques.
