📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth of JNE's logistics and e-commerce services in Bali.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the logistics and e-commerce industry.,Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.,Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to achieve business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics and e-commerce industry.,Strong understanding of the logistics and e-commerce industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to meet sales targets.
