We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Admin to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Process and manage customer orders, from receipt to delivery.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of products.,Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions and events.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to store staff.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management software is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
