Smart Web Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our facilities in Pontianak. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security of our premises, enforcing security policies, and providing assistance to visitors and employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the safety of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security breaches.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of facilities to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Provide assistance to visitors and employees, including escort services and information dissemination.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and interactions.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to enhance overall security measures.,Promote a safe and secure working environment by fostering a culture of vigilance and responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors, employees, and other stakeholders.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform duty under various weather conditions and emergency situations.,Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.,Valid security guard certification or license is a plus.,Proficiency in using basic security equipment, such as access control systems and surveillance cameras.
