📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Troubleshoot and resolve project issues and challenges.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
