📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.,Administrate medications as prescribed by physicians.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan).,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (DIN).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
