📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the company's vision and goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.,Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.,Represent the company at industry events and forums to build a strong employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
