This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and fieldwork, offering a unique opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals and promote our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products effectively, focusing on their benefits and advantages.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.,Provide medical education and training to healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management.,Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related role.,Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their medical applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with sales tools and software is a plus.,Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Apoteker) or equivalent certification for medical representatives.
