PT Bumi Lestari is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general HR support to the management team.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
