As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of our fleet. You will use tools like Fleet Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) to track and monitor vehicles, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating shipments, managing driver schedules, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
• Use Fleet Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) to track and monitor vehicles.
• Coordinate shipments, managing driver schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other operational data.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
• Work closely with the central office to ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet operations, dispatching, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing and coordinating fleet operations.
• Familiarity with Fleet Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
