📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and reduce downtime.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Handle vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatching to ensure the most efficient use of the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs, and prepare reports as required.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff responsible for fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role in a logistics or transportation company.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for vehicle maintenance and operation.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
