📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Oversee the company's cash flow management and ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors and employees.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
