ZENIX Corporindo is looking for a Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with the hiring managers to ensure that we find the best candidates for our open positions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Provide regular reports and updates to the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities and progress.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role in a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
