📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and customers,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues,Maintain and update IT systems and software,Assist in network configuration and security,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime,Provide training to staff on IT systems and software,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support,Knowledge of network infrastructure and security,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with customer service principles,Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus
