📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily clinic operations,Oversee the scheduling and performance of clinic staff,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction,Manage clinic finances and budgets,Coordinate with healthcare providers and external partners for patient care,Handle patient inquiries and complaints,Participate in staff training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proven track record of improving clinic performance and patient satisfaction,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
