📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
