📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
