As a Psychological Assessment & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, interpreting results, and providing detailed reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments using standardized tools and techniques.,Interpret assessment results and provide detailed reports.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement psychological interventions.,Provide psychological support and counseling to employees and clients.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and reports.,Stay updated with the latest developments in psychological assessment and reporting.,Participate in training and professional development activities.,Assist in the design and implementation of psychological programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychological assessment and reporting.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of standardized psychological assessment tools.,Strong analytical and interpretative skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid professional certification in Psychology (preferred).
