As an IT & Innovation Manager, you will work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement robust IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technologies, managing IT projects, and ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals and drive digital transformation.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and IoT solutions.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our IT systems, including data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging employees to think creatively and develop new ideas.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT challenges and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in digital transformation and innovation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects and initiatives.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
