📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to identify training needs and opportunities.
  • Assist in the administration of the learning and development budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Provide support to the Learning and Development Manager in managing the learning and development team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
