Food Fresh Nusantara is seeking a skilled Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting the senior bookkeeper in managing the company's financial operations. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Support the senior bookkeeper in managing the company's financial operations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
